How it works for the Manufacturer
Place the demountable take-up reel on your take-up system. Wind the wire on the reel until the desired weight or footage is obtained. Then remove the reel and replace with your spare. While the spare reel is taking up, transport your full reel to the banding station.
Once banded, the reel is rolled onto a riser block to facilitate easy disassembly and removal of the demountable reel if necessary.
The pneumatic lifter/tilter is now inserted into the reel-less wire bundle and inflated (1,000lbs max capacity). The bundle can be lifted and tilted effortlessly to a horizontal postion for easy pallet placement.
